LICENSE
Provided you are not using or attempting to use the software in a Prohibited Entity (detailed below), BTDarters grants you a license to use and copy the Software program(s) and documentation subject to the limitations described here. This is a full license, not a trial license, and your license does not expire, unless expressly changed by BTDarters in writing.
DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE
Any and all distribution of the Software is prohibited, WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT IF YOU PURCHASED MULTIPLE LICENSES OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU MAY DISTRIBUTE COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE TO ALL PERSONS/ENTITIES THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED LICENSES FOR. Other electronic transfer, renting, leasing, loaning, selling or distributing of the Software in any form, including but not limited to bulletin board distribution, magnetic or optical medium distribution is not permitted without the written consent of BTDarters. Furthermore, modification, or alteration of the Software including but not limited to decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering or creation of works arising from the Software is prohibited.
BACKUP COPIES
You may make any reasonable number of backup copies of the Software.
MULTI-SYSTEM INSTALLATION
You may install the Software on multiple computer systems, subject to the condition that only one such system will be in use at any given time. For example, you may install the Software on an office system and a home system.
DISASSEMBLY
You may not reverse-assemble or reverse-compile any component of the Software.
COPYRIGHT
BTDarters’ Software and ancillary material are copyrighted by BTDarters. Do not delete the copyright notice(s), trademark(s) or other protective notice(s) from your copy(ies) of the Software or any copy you make.
WARRANTY
BTDarters does not warrant that the Software will be free from errors or will meet your specific requirements. The Software is made available to you "as is." However, if a problem is discovered and reported, BTDarters will take reasonable measures to correct the problem.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY
BTDarters makes no warranty or condition, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the Software. In no event shall BTDarters or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use or data, or interruption of business, whether the alleged damages are labeled in tort, contract or indemnity.
PROHIBITED ENTITIES
BTDarters' Software is not to be used in a country, jurisdiction or other legal Entity that is subject to U.S. software embargo restrictions. If the Software is to be used in such an Entity, do not purchase, download and/or use the Software because BTDarters cannot and will not grant you any license rights whatsoever.
